Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical Counselors. He serves on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles online and is a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman as well as Viars).
